Psychological support for leaders

Groundwork

Being responsible for other people can be demanding, isolating and surprisingly personal. There are times when you need somewhere to step out of your role, think things through and make sense of what’s happening.

START WITH YOUR NEEDS

YOU MIGHT BE DEALING WITH...

Pressure
You’re carrying a lot and finding it harder to switch off, step back or know where to draw the line.
Uncertainty
Something has changed: your role, your organisation, your relationships or your sense of what comes next.
Difficult relationships
You’re dealing with conflict, tension or a relationship that keeps taking more out of you than it should.
Self-doubt
When you're in a position where others look to you for answers, it can be harder to acknowledge your doubts or make space for the uncertainty that comes with being responsible for others.
Loneliness
You may be surrounded by people and still feel like there’s no one you can really talk to about what you’re carrying.
Boundaries
You’re used to taking responsibility, but you're starting to question how much of it is actually yours to carry.

GROUNDED AND ELEVATED

LEADERSHIP IS PERSONAL

I offer a confidential space to step out of your role, slow things down and make sense of what’s happening.Together, we can explore the patterns shaping how you respond, relate and make decisions, understand what may be getting in the way, and find a way forward that feels more like your own.Sometimes you simply reach a point where the way you’ve been coping no longer feels like it’s working.

Bio

I’ve spent more than two decades working with leaders and organisations through change, uncertainty and complexity. I’ve worked across industries and countries, helping people make sense of difficult situations, navigate change and find new ways of working and leading.Today, I bring that experience together with my training in counselling and psychotherapy and a deep understanding of the human side of leadership. My work focuses on what happens when the pressures of work become personal: how we respond under pressure, how we relate to others, the patterns we fall into and what helps us move forward with greater clarity and choice.I hold a Master’s Degree in Organisational Learning and have professional training in psychotherapeutic counselling.I’ve worked with organisations including Deloitte, Finnair, Accor, AXA and Euroclear, and have taught leadership and executive education at HEC Paris, Aalto EE, Henley Business School and Vlerick Business School.

THE WORKSHOP

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY

Staying grounded when pressure rises
How you handle pressure directly shapes whether your team feels safe enough to speak up, disagree, or share concerns.
This workshop explores the human side of psychological safety. Using practical insights from neuroscience, we’ll look at how stress affects our nervous systems and alters the way we lead.Through real-life scenarios, you’ll practice staying grounded and responding thoughtfully, walking away with everyday tools to keep communication open and honest, even when things get stressful.

Participants will learn to:

  • Recognise how pressure affects their own thinking, emotions and behaviour

  • Stay emotionally grounded when situations become uncertain or difficult

  • Notice when stress is affecting team dynamics and choose how to respond

  • Create the conditions for people to speak up, question and raise concerns early

  • Respond to challenge and difficult situations with empathy, clarity and accountability
